This project involved the development of two semi-detached homes on a newly severed property in Edmonton's Kenilworth neighborhood. The property was previously home to an old, deteriorating garage. After severing the lot, the two-unit homes were created and split into two separate lots, legally converting them into two distinct semi-detached homes.

Located in the heart of Kenilworth, these homes offer convenient access to downtown Edmonton, public transit, and a variety of local amenities, making them a prime choice for residents looking for both comfort and convenience.

Pre-Construction Site Condition- Before Demolition and Excavation

This image shows the property in its original state, prior to any demolition or excavation work. At this stage, existing structures and debris were still present, and the lot had yet to undergo clearing and preparation for the upcoming build. It marks the very beginning of the transformation process.

Framing Stage Completed

This photo highlights the completion of the framing stage, where the structure's skeleton has been fully built. With walls, floors, and roof outlines in place, the home is now ready for the next phase of construction, including exterior finishes, insulation, and interior work. This stage brings the design to life and defines the layout of the living spaces.

Exterior Siding Installation Underway

This image captures the progress of siding installation at the site. At this stage, the exterior of the home is being finished with durable, weather-resistant materials that enhance both protection and curb appeal. Siding plays a key role in defining the home’s visual character while safeguarding it from the elements.

High-End Interior Finishes

This image showcases the premium finishes that set these homes apart — from modern fixtures and sleek cabinetry to quality flooring and thoughtfully selected materials. Every detail is carefully curated to deliver a refined, contemporary living experience that reflects both style and function.
